Position Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent new opportunity for a PRN Registered Nurse to work on the SWAT Team (On-Call Hours) at the Federal Occupational Health Clinics in Washington, D.C.

Position Highlights:

  • Emphasis on work-life balance | low stress environment focusing on federal employee health
  • Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts
  • No evening, weekend, or holiday requirements
  • 6-8 shifts/month required
  • Competitive compensation!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide walk-in services for injuries and illnesses
  • Perform emergency services (CPR) to all employees in federal building
  • Provide preventative care services such as immunizations and blood pressure screenings

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience providing direct patient care required
  • Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
  • BLS certification
  • Active RN license 
  • Ability to travel to different clinics throughout Washington D.C. required
